Refund policy
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of the date on which you received the goods. The return must be registered within this period.
This 30-day return period includes your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer-protection rules.
Return conditions
For a return to be approved, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All labels must remain attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return must be registered within 30 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows clear signs of use.
Return shipping
For orders originally delivered to Sweden, Finland or Denmark, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping. We do not charge a separate return fee.
For orders originally delivered to Norway or any other EU country, a fixed return fee of 49 SEK per order applies when you use our prepaid return label. The fee is deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
Final sale
Products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
