These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to purchases made and services used through https://gardisto.eu (the “Website”), which is operated by Gårdisto AB, company registration number 559532-4806, VAT number SE559532480601, Värtavägen 57, 183 63 Täby, Sweden (“Gårdisto”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Website is provided through Shopify, which enables us to offer the online store, payment processing, and related functionality (the “Services”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Access and accounts
You confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your country or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when making a purchase is accurate and current. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Products and product information
We strive to represent our products, colours, and materials as accurately as possible. However, differences may occur depending on your screen settings.
We reserve the right to update product information, prices, and availability without prior notice.
3. Orders and contracts
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is considered concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:
- Technical errors
- Incorrect pricing
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT within the EU in accordance with applicable rules, including the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
Free standard shipping is offered unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, such as Norway, local taxes, import VAT, or other charges may apply under the rules of the destination country unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
5. Shipping, delivery, and warehousing
Gårdisto AB uses external logistics partners for warehousing, order processing, and distribution within the EU.
Orders may be shipped from a warehouse within the EU.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Transfer of risk
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods.
If you independently choose a carrier that we do not offer, risk passes to you when the goods are handed over to that carrier.
Ownership
The goods remain the property of Gårdisto AB until payment has been received in full.
Our external logistics partner acts solely as an independent service provider. The contract of sale is always concluded directly between you and Gårdisto AB.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

Return handling
Returns must be sent to the address specified by Gårdisto after you have notified us of your withdrawal. Returns are handled through our EU warehouse.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless expressly stated otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
Condition of returned goods
The goods must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. If the goods have been handled more than necessary to establish their characteristics, any resulting reduction in value may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back.
7. Complaints about faulty goods
If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gardisto.eu, stating your order number and including photographs.
Your statutory rights under consumer protection law are not affected by these Terms.
8. Intellectual property rights
All content on the Website, including trademarks, images, text, graphics, and designs, belongs to Gårdisto AB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The content may not be used commercially without written permission.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Gårdisto is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all purchases and sales take place directly between you and Gårdisto AB.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Gårdisto AB.
10. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use the Website for unlawful purposes, distribute malicious code, carry out unauthorised scraping, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Website.
12. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where such a limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. The latest version will always be published on the Website.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any dispute will be determined by the Swedish courts of general jurisdiction, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection rules entitle you to bring proceedings in your home country.
