Shipping policy
Tracked delivery is available to the EU countries listed below, Norway, the United States and Japan.
Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse in Ireland, normally via DHL.
Orders to Norway are sent under the VOEC scheme. No additional customs or import charges are due on delivery.
Orders to the United States are sent with duties and import taxes included, so no additional import charges are due on delivery.
For orders to Japan, applicable taxes are included in the displayed price and the shipping charge is shown at checkout. Customs duties are not collected by us and may be charged on delivery.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.
During promotions, product launches or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Delivery times are calculated from the time you receive your shipping confirmation.
Ireland: 1–3 business days
Sweden: 2–5 business days
Other EU countries: 2–7 business days
Delivery times for Norway, the United States and Japan depend on the destination and carrier service. An estimated delivery time is shown at checkout where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Public holidays
- Carrier handling
- Customs procedures, where applicable
- Circumstances beyond our control
Delivery method
All orders are sent as tracked shipments by our logistics partners from our European warehouse in Ireland.
Depending on the destination and carrier service, delivery may be made to the delivery address or to a collection point. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can follow the delivery.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard tracked shipping to the EU countries listed above and to Norway. Optional express services, where available, are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
We offer free tracked shipping to the United States.
For Japan, the current shipping charge is shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply when the order reaches the threshold displayed at checkout.
Transfer of risk
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, physically receives the goods.
If delivery is made to a collection point, the goods are considered received when they are collected.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to our actual return-shipping and administration costs.
The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
